Heading Digital Transformation at Biocon Biologics. Leading Digital Strategy and Global Quality Digital.
Overall Program Leader for the strategic initiative to bring transformation through technology including lean & AI methodology. My key responsibility includes:
1. Creating Digital Innovation Roadmap
2. Doing Cost-Benefit Analysis for projects and giving approvals
3. Ensuring ROI & ROV at Program Level (Managed Budget of 10M$ in FY21, with visibility of 35M$ in 5 year horizon)
4. Ensuring Digital Compliance as per 21CFR Part 11 / annexure 11 and other Regulatory requirements in transformational projects.
5. Driving Continuous Improvement & Digital Culture through Change Management
